Summer Asian Cold Noodle Salad

This amazing dish was something I first made during summers when I was in college. The nutty flavor of the sesame oil pairs perfectly with the soy sauce and is complemented by the onion, hot pepper and hot pepper vinegar over chilled noodles. This dish pairs perfectly with our Chicken Satay.
