- Combine beef, pork, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl. Form into small meatballs.
- In a skillet over medium heat, place meatballs and until browned. Move meatballs frequently to cook meatballs on all sides. Alternatively, meatball made be baked on a parchment lined baking sheet in an oven heated to 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Heat oven and bake meatballs according to package instructions. Remove from oven.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine jelly and vinegar until they form a liquid. Toss meatballs in sauce and serve. To keep warm, meatballs may be kept in a crockpot on warm.
