Instructions

  1. Cook udon according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add pork and salt and cook until no longer pink, breaking pork into small pieces. Once cooked, add hoisin sauce, stirring until meat is coated and caramelized, about two minutes. Add salsa and cook another minute or until heated through. Add udon and butter and toss until coated. Remove from heat, adding cilantro and toss until combined.
  3. Serve warm.
