Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings with Homemade Sticky Korean BBQ

Making oven baked chicken wings is an easy way to achieve wings with a crunchy outside and tender inside without the deep fried oil and fat. The secret to baking wings to crunchy perfection is to coat them in baking powder prior to baking. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
