Herbed Salmon
- Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray or line with foil and spray. Cut salmon filet in half. Place salmon filets skin-side down on prepared baking sheet and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Using a spoon or pastry brush, gently spread the herbed mixture on top of salmon. Bake until salmon is fork tender, about 15-20 minutes. Cool.
- Arrange ingredients on platter.
