Classic Mojitos

The Mojito is a classic cocktail originating from Cuba. The flavor of white rum, crushed mint leaves, easy simple syrup, squeezed lime and club soda are what you need to make the best mojito. These refreshing flavors combine to make a crisp and fragrant summer cocktail.

Summer is for boating and outdoor recreation. Taking refreshments goes hand in hand with boating. There are a few rules to follow. Bringing non-breakable containers and serving glasses or cups are essential. We used copper mule cups, fresh mint from our garden, homemade simple syrup and brought our rum in a metal flask, so there would be no glass containers that might break.
