My mom used to make these when we were young. I was reminded of them again at a Christmas party given by a colleague whose wife told me it doesn’t seem like Christmas without these cookies. They are some of the easiest cookies to make and require only three ingredients.

- In a double boiler combine butterscotch and chocolate morsels. Over medium heat, warm morsels, stirring occasionally until you have a smooth chocolate. In a heatproof bowl, place noodles and pour chocolate over, Stir until noodles are completely coated. Using a spoon, place spoonfuls of coated noodles onto a tray covered with wax paper. Allow to cool and cookies will harden.
