  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle bottom layer of bread with olive oil.
  2. Layer ham, salami, mortadella, Swiss and provolone.
  3. Wrap in aluminum foil and heat in oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and layer muffaletta salad over meat and cheese.
