I walked out to my garden this morning to get some of my sage that grew this summer to use in my stuffing and I stumbled upon some beautiful mint not yet impacted by frost. I am growing some in my indoor garden, but it hasn’t yet taken off.

- In a rocks glass or a silver julep cup, place mint leaves and muddle. Fill glass with crushed ice. Pour bourbon over ice. Complete with simple syrup over bourbon and ice. Garnish with mint or cinnamon stick.
