
During peach season, I canned 4 quarts of pickled peaches. Earlier this week, I used some of the peaches to dress baked brie. Today, I used some of the peaches for a fall salad. Also, using the peach vinegar for the salad dressing.

- Pour vinegar and olive oil in a jelly jar with a lid. Shake dressing and pour over salad.
