Instructions

  1. To make hard-boiled eggs that will peel perfectly every time, place a steamer basket in a large saucepan over one inch of water. Over medium heat, place the eggs in the steamer basket, cover with lid and steam for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove eggs from steamer basket and transfer immediately to an ice bath.
  3. Peel eggs under cold water to remove all shell.
